Rob Washington
Sr. Director of Business Development

Rob is our founder and CEO. He Brings to Utility Power Solutions over 30 years of experience in electronic banking, Energy and Technology. His expertise in sales and marketing have created extreme value propositions for his past companies. Prior to forming Utility Power Solutions he also was a founding partner of Cooperative Card Systems helping to establish over 50 offices nationwide with monthly revenues of over $12 million dollars. Additionally he helped orchestrate an exit transaction worth over $80 million in cash and an additional $30 million in stock with a large pre IPO financial institution

At UPS Rob oversees all sales, marketing and business development opportunities. He is personally responsible for securing relationships with clients such as SAP, Plastikon, Aero Precision, Barker Pacific, and other large, high profile entities.

Robs unique approach using a “sow and reap” mentality along with Utility Power Solutions contingency based consulting model has proven to be an effective combination driving value to our clients and growth to the company.

Mr. Washington has a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and is ESP and Leeds certified.

Bill Bailey
Office Manager

Bill has been with Utility Power Solutions / Triunal Marketing since 2005.

In 1985 Bill started in telecommunications working for Cox Cable and TCI for over 12 years where he started as an installer. He held a variety of positions including Technical Supervisor for TCI Hartford’s successful development of the first @HOME High Speed Internet / Digital Cable / Analog Cable and Telephone integration project. In 1996 Bill went onto become the West Division Field Operations Manager for TCI’s corporate offices where he was integral in the development and implementation of the Single Installer SWAT team where for the first time one tech could solve all technical issues while at the customers home for internet, phone or cable. In 1999 Bill became Bay Area Operations Manager for World-bridge Broadband Services where he built a CATV Sweep and Balance crew from 3 to 20+ qualified technicians in less than 2 months and built new relationships from San Francisco to Los Angeles. From 2001 to 2005 Bill started his own company WB Services providing a variety of services including High Pressure Cleaning, Diesel Smoke Testing Hazardous Waste Removal and Custom Auto Detailing.

Troy Carmichael: COO

MBA, PMP, is our Chief Operations Officer and also leads the Audit Team. He brings to Utility Power Solutions over 25 years of entrepreneurial and startup experience in Financial Services, Energy, and Technology. He has worked in companies ranging in size from startup and small entrepreneurial organizations to large, Fortune 50 firms. His expertise is growing companies through the design and execution of strategies that increase organizational efficiency and promote financial growth.
Prior to joining UPS, Mr. Carmichael established and led the Project Management Office for a large financial services firm headquartered in Alabama. As Head of the PMO, he introduced organizational controls and change processes that were instrumental in helping it grow from a local presence into a super-regional financial firm. While in his role he led initiatives that digitized much of the day-to-day operations at the firm, oversaw regulatory-driven projects, helped attract top talent, and assisted in the on boarding of high-profile customers.
Was a founding principal of Radiant Energy, a clean tech energy company based in Pleasanton, California, where he was responsible for providing due diligence and analytics supporting merger and acquisition activities. Additionally he established and led an entrepreneurial organization at Charles Schwab responsible for bleeding-edge innovation that contributed over $100MM to the bottom line during his tenure.
Mr. Carmichael has an MBA from the University of Alabama and a BA from Auburn University.
